I thought, (I know that can be dangerous) anyway, I thought it appropriate, for this the last Quick Pick of November, to look back at Kindness and Gratitude posts.
See, every once in awhile, my thinking is not so bad (geeze) *rolling eyes*

A Way to see the Magic in Your Life
There is nothing more magical than the holiday season and Irene Blankin from The Visible Woman, isn't about to forget that. In her post A way to see the Magic in Your Life, she gives us the how to when she says, "there’s no better way to see the magic that’s happening than having real gratitude for what’s going on in your life each day – large, small and anything in between. Take a few deep breathes and allow that feeling of gratitude to permeate every cell in your body – it really only takes a moment or two." I want to see the magic, how bout you? Don't miss this wonderful post!!
What are Your Debts
Here's a great take on being grateful. Laura Sturdy, who writes over at Holistic Mama, discusses not simply being thankful for things in our lives, but paying forward the kindness of those who have guided us along the way. "Most of us have been fortunate to have not just one person, but a whole team of friends, family, teachers, coaches, and mentors who helped us grow and reach our potential. We should remember to thank those people again and again as we live the lives they helped us shape. Even more important we need to repay that debt — not to those individuals but to society." What are Your Debts?
Thankful for Thanksgiving
There's nothing like being able to look at your life and know exactly what you are thankful for. Olivia DeFilippo knows exactly what she's thankful for. She tells us in her post Thankful for Thanksgiving, "Thankfully, I have graduated from being thankful for pink clothes and lobster (age 4) and moved on to more reasonable list. Take the time this Thanksgiving, to let those around you know that you are thankful for them and that you appreciate them. Here is my list..." Trust me, you're not going to want to miss her list! Oh, and isn't her Thanksgiving day outfit the cutest?!
Happy Thanksgiving 2014
Remembering how blessed we are is often as simple as saying a simple prayer to the One who bestows those blessings upon us. Emily McCollin from EmilyMcCollin.com and Angel Biz Consulting shares her family's traditions and offers us a glimpse of the prayer they chose this year. She says, "before dinner every year, we look for a new way to thank our Creator for His many blessings that we enjoy and are so much more than we deserve. This Thanksgiving, we each read a line from the following Puritan prayer" Beautiful! Be sure to stop by and read the prayer. Your heart will swell with thankfulness!
Happy Thanksgiving to All
Sandy Mangis over at Sandy's Jar reminds us that this time of year can be crazy busy and talks about how easy it can be to forget why we celebrate! In this post, Happy Thanksgiving to All, she reminds us, "we only have 24 hours in a day, so why have them disappear in your tired gloom..." There's some really good advice here. You aren't going to want to pass up! Be sure and stop by!
