It's a rare day when I say, "I'm going to go lie down! I need a nap."
If I'm napping, I'm more likely, SICK!
Now, I may actually be in need of a nap, but I just won't, nay, can't nap!
Why would I? I have waaay to much to do.
I am curious though... is there a benefit to napping?
A benefit for taking a nap and not getting everything done I need to get done?
Surely not! It's a time waster nothing more.
There are those days when I could easily be considered the walking dead (hmmm, I just referenced zombies- that's not like me, not a fan); I must be tired to have made such a slip.
Perhaps I should go lie down and take a nap.

So, 10 minutes and I'm gonna be rocking all of those "to-do" list items better than I would've had I not went to lie down! I'm gonna be improving my health, increasing my naughty factor and several other fabulous things.
