We have a Chopper!
No, not a motorcycle...but I can see how you would think that!
By chopper, I mean the type you use in the kitchen.
A hand food chopper.
Anyway, we had one awhile back but, it got broken.
We recently bought a new one.
I love my chopper and couldn't wait to use it.
So, I did!
Couldn't figure out how to get the silly thing open to clean it.
My darling hubby, takes it from me and says,
"You can write an amazing blog post about how to make a globe lamp, but you can't figure out how to clean a hand chopper? Here let me show you!"
He then proceeds to show me how to take it apart.....
BUT HE CAN'T!!
I am doubled over laughing at this point, as I watch him struggle with getting this silly thing apart!
Finally, he accomplishes his task, washes it and decides I need to learn how it goes together for future reference.
I, of course, ask him to demonstrate it, just once!
He says,
"Oh my goodness! You are so funny! Okay, you take this and place it over the blade. Well, it should fit over the blade! Oh for heaven sake! Here take THIS THING!!"
While laughing my head off, I attempt to put the blade cover back on so I can screw the lid back on, but it is no use!!
Finally, after we stood together forehead to forehead, laughing together like two school kids, we figure it out!!
Lesson Learned: Laugh together! Laugh With Each Other! It can make things possible... together.....even taking apart and putting together a kitchen hand chopper!!
