"Okay so total honesty here. I’ve been overweight to some degree since the late 1990’s. At first it was just a few extra pounds. Then I had my son in 2001 and I’ve never really got to grips with my weight since then.
As he’s now 13 I really can’t keep blaming him can I. It’s really all my doing.
There have definitely been factors in my life that have added to my negative mindset around my weight, my body, overeating and well… Not really doing much exercise.
